BSFL Week 10 Preview

The BSFL completes it's regular season on Sunday with a 3-team tournament in Cambridge (Coldham's Common) involving the host team Fen Harriers, the Leicester Eagles and the Sheffield Lightning.

All three teams have a chance of finishing in second place in the Northern Conference, and hence a place in the BSFL finals on Sunday 23rd September. The Fen Harriers have the best chance of finishing second, and they will be favourites to do so. They only need to defeat one of the opponents on the day, and they have already beaten the Leicester Eagles twice this season. However, the Eagles/Harriers games are always a good game, and so anything could happen. The Lightning have an outside chance of upsetting the odds. They have to win both games, and then rely on the Eagles defeating the Harriers.
